Padel Program & Tournament Director
We are looking for an energetic and organized Padel Program & Tournament Director to grow and manage our player community through engaging events, leagues, and competitions. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, promoting, and executing all player programming while creating an exceptional experience for participants of every skill level.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and oversee all padel programming and events.
- Organize and run Open Plays, Round Robins, King of the Court, Leagues, Clinics, Social Events, and Tournaments.
- Create tournament formats, match schedules, brackets, and player rotations.
- Coordinate event registration, player communication, and check-in processes.
- Ensure events run smoothly and on schedule while maintaining a fun, welcoming atmosphere.
- Recruit and engage new players while helping build a strong padel community.
- Track participation, gather feedback, and continuously improve programming.
- Work with the marketing team to promote upcoming events and maximize attendance.
- Assist with player ratings, rankings, and competitive pathways within the club.
