We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Stone Polisher to join our team. If you take pride in quality craftsmanship and enjoy working with your hands, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Polish and finish stone surfaces to meet quality standards.
- Assist with safely loading and unloading stone slabs.
- Operate polishing equipment and hand tools safely.
- Inspect finished products for quality and consistency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Work with the production team to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications:
- Experience polishing natural or engineered stone is preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Assist with handling large stone slabs using proper equipment and safe lifting techniques.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Total Rewards:
- $18/hr to start, $19/hr at 3 months, $20/hr 1 year
