```Duties```
- Assist customers and tour guides with launching kayaks and paddleboards
- Provide safety instructions and guidelines to customers
- Monitor the kayak launch area to ensure safety and orderliness
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and storage facilities
- Assist with customer service in shop when necessary with manager
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations
```Qualifications```
- Conflict management skills to handle difficult situations or customer disputes
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest experiences
- Experience in customer service industry is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds multiple times daily
