About the Role

Are you a master of automotive transformation? PAD Wraps and Graphics, a premier shop for custom vehicle styling and protection, is hiring an experienced Vehicle Wrap, PPF, and Window Tint Technician. What You’ll Do

• Prep like a pro: Thoroughly wash, clay bar, decontaminate, and mask vehicles to ensure perfect adhesion on all surfaces.

• Master the craft: Measure, cut, and apply premium vinyl wraps, full-body PPF (XPEL, 3M, etc.), and high-performance window tints with zero bubbles, lifts, or imperfections.

• Handle the heat: Use heat guns, knives, squeegees, and plotters on cars, trucks, RVs, and exotics—delivering showroom-quality results every time.

• Quality control: Inspect installs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure every job exceeds customer expectations.

• Team up: Collaborate in our modern shop, assist with custom projects, and occasionally interact with clients to showcase your work.

What We’re Looking For

• 2 years proven experience in vehicle wrapping, PPF installation, andwindow tinting (all three preferred; strong in at least two a must).

• Expertise with top brands: 3M, Avery, XPEL, LLumar, Orafol and more.

• Sharp eye for detail, steady hands, and the ability to problem-solve on the fly.

• Comfortable with physical demands—lifting 50 lbs, standing for hours, and working in various conditions.

• Reliable transportation.

• Bonus points: MECP certification, portfolio of installs, or experience with fleet/commercial vehicles.
