Duties and Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety by meticulously operating your company-provided delivery vehicle at all times, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Utilize hand-held devices for comprehensive routing and customer delivery information, ensuring safe and efficient navigation.
• Skillfully navigate diverse routes throughout the delivery area, maintaining a keen awareness of road conditions and surroundings.
• Demonstrate resilience and adaptability by safely driving and working in varying weather conditions, maintaining focus and control.
• Safely load and unload packages for delivery, using appropriate lifting techniques and equipment to prevent injuries.
• Exhibit dedication to job responsibilities by going the extra mile to ensure all packages reach their intended destination safely.
• Undertake tasks such as lifting packages up to 50 lbs, getting in and out of the van, and walking up and down stairs throughout your shift, while prioritizing safe practices and ergonomics. Reasonable accommodations will be provided as needed to promote safe job performance.

Compensation & Benefits

• Enjoy a competitive starting rate of $18.50 plus weekly bonuses. With efficiency and dedication, you can earn up to $22/hour!
• DOT (Step Van) drivers are valued with an enticing hourly wage between $19.50 and $21.00.

Basic Requirements:

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Minimum age requirement: 21 years.
• Able to successfully clear a pre-employment drug screening.
