Job Description
Department Trainer | Now Hiring | Temple, TX
Compensation
- Pay rate starting at $29.54-$31.78 per hour
- 3:30pm-12:00pm - shift premium $1.00 per hour
- 11:30pm-8:00am - shift premium $1.25 per hour

Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Must be a certified Operator Specialist I or have minimum of five years operator experience.
- Must be physically able to perform the essential job duties: stand approximately 12 hours per shift, lift 26-36 pounds on a frequent basis, and work in an un-air-conditioned environment
- Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow all established safety rules and standard operating procedures.
- Will coordinate and oversee the execution and follow through of the operator training packets
- Must be able to identify training opportunities and create resolutions
- Must be able to communicate across different levels of management
- Individual must be able to multi task and work unsupervised
- Required to attend daily, weekly and quarterly meetings as necessary
- Must be able to lead by example
- May be required to review existing SOP’s for accuracy
- Assist with Orientation and Onboarding as needed
- Works overtime as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Must be a Certified Operator Associate or have minimum of five years operator experience.
- Familiar with Outlook and Microsoft Office
- Type 30 WPM
- Proven communication skills (both written and verbal), computer skills, good organization skills and a passion to teach.
- Must be able to work well and effectively with others.
- Maintains excellent safety record.
