However, digital infrastructure has not kept pace, with most of the market operating predominantly in error-prone, internal-only software solutions.PactFi provides secure, end-to-end, operational infrastructure for managing complex private credit transactions. The platform is secured to a bank-grade standard, and we have received our SOC 2 Type 2 attestation.PactFi was developed in close partnership with two of the industry's largest players, both of whom represent the top 3 players in the private credit space by both size (AUM) and deal activity.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks for web applicationsCreate and execute automated testsEnsure test reliability by following automation best practices (synchronization, stability, maintainability)Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers across multiple projectsPerform thorough bug reporting, including clear reproduction steps and supporting evidenceReview automation code written by peers and provide constructive feedbackMentor and support junior QA engineers through guidance, reviews, and best practicesContribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tooling, and standardsTake ownership of improving automation coverage where it currently lags feature development, including:Identifying gaps between manual regression and automated coverageProposing and implementing strategies to accelerate automation adoptionPrioritizing high-value and high-risk areas to efficiently catch up on automationReport on automations, health and effectiveness to the Director of QA, including:KPIs related to automation coveragePercentage of regression coverage handled by automated testsTrends, gaps, and recommendations for closing coverage gapsRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong experience with modern test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or similarPlaywright experience is strongly preferredSolid understanding of front-end technologies and UI frameworksReact or Vue.js experience requiredVue.js and Vuetify experience is a plusStrong knowledge of coding best practices in test automation, including:Avoiding explicit waits in favor of proper synchronizationHandling authentication, cookies, and session state effectivelyWriting clean, maintainable, and deterministic test codeExperience with API testing (RESTful services, request/response validation, auth handling)Familiarity with automation infrastructure and CI/CD integrationJenkins experience is a plusExperience using test management and issue-tracking toolsJira and Xray experience is a plusProven experience performing code reviews for colleaguesAbility to work across multiple projects and balance competing prioritiesNice to HaveExperience leading efforts to close automation gaps in fast-moving product environmentsExperience defining and tracking automation KPIs and quality metricsExperience improving or scaling existing automation frameworksSoft SkillsStrong communication and collaboration skillsProactive mindset with a focus on quality and continuous improvementAbility to coach, mentor, and uplift junior team membersWhat We OfferCompetitive salary equity.Healthcare coverage.401kCompensation Range: $100K - $150K
