We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential support to the sales team, ensuring that customer needs are met efficiently and effectively. You will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction, managing sales processes, and contributing to the overall success of our sales initiatives.
Duties
- Work collaboratively with the sales team, production, and shipping to process orders, and conduct regular follow-ups with customers
- Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to enhance client relationships.
- Proactive to promote products, provide current lead time information to assigned accounts
- Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Provide support for customers on product demos, product selection, literature, and training.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order/shipping status in a timely manner
- Fluent in mandarin preferred.
