PacTec, Inc., is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will serve as the primary contact for our customers, handling inquiries, quotes, resolving issues, and providing an overall positive experience that drives satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
• Offer customer assistance, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Assist and support inside and outside Sales Representatives with quotes and administrative tasks by maintaining accurate
records of customer service interactions and update customer account information
• Perform order entry and CRM data entry
• Conduct inventory checks
• Review shipping reports/track orders
• Convey product knowledge and provide accurate information about our products and services, ensuring a deep understanding of
our offerings
• Meet CSR/KPI goals outlined in performance plan
• Call planning
• Occasionally assist Sales Representatives with customer presentations, lunch and learns, etc.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service role, with a strong track record of customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with common customer service software and CRM systems.
- The ability to quickly learn and adapt to new information and procedures.
Requirements
Required - Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license, and High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be able to posses/obtain the necessary credentials required for entry in certain industrial complexes and be able to wear appropriate PPE (FRC, masks, etc.) as required for entry.
PHYSICAL: Includes sitting, standing, walking, use of hands and arms, perform administrative duties, and use a computer for long periods of time. Product demonstrations require the ability to squat, lift, bend, and kneel while using hands, arms, and digit dexterity. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.
Base salary plus monthly commission

This is a full time, salaried, 40-hr. week, onsite position. Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
