Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including physical therapists, speech therapists, and nursing staff, to provide comprehensive care. Educate residents and their families on techniques to enhance functional independence and ensure a safe environment at home. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes. What We're Looking For: Current California license as an Occupational Therapist. Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred. Strong clinical skills and the ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
