What We Offer Competitive pay: $12-13/hr Early morning part-time schedule (2:00 AM – 9:30 AM) Supportive, team-oriented environment Employee appreciation events and recognition Growth opportunities within our facility network Position Summary As a Laundry Aide, you will ensure residents’ clothing and linens are properly cleaned, sorted, and delivered. Your role is essential in maintaining hygiene, comfort, and dignity for our residents. Key Responsibilities Wash, dry, fold, and distribute resident clothing and facility linens Sort laundry according to type, color, and care instructions Operate and maintain laundry equipment safely and efficiently Ensure proper handling of soiled linens in accordance with infection control guidelines Maintain a clean and organized laundry area Deliver clean laundry to appropriate locations in a timely manner Monitor laundry supplies and report needs to supervisor Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Previous laundry or housekeeping experience preferred Ability to work independently and stay organized Reliable and punctual for early morning shifts Ability to lift, carry, and stand for extended periods Attention to detail and strong work ethic Compassion for an underserved population Why Join Fleetwood Post Acute?
