What You'll Do as a CNA:As a Certified Nursing Assistant on our overnight team, you'll play a vital role in resident comfort, safety, and care. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition
- Ensuring a clean, safe, and calm overnight environment
- Supporting nursing staff with care routines and documentation
- Providing reassurance and companionship during nighttime hours
- Valid California CNA certification
- Compassion for elder care and rehabilitation
- Dependable, teamoriented, and attentive to detail
- Previous skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
- Hourly pay range: $18.50-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Full-time overnight schedule
