Your Responsibilities Provide compassionate, high-quality daily care while promoting each resident's dignity, comfort, and independence. Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meal assistance. Follow individualized care plans and perform assigned nursing procedures under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. Observe residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the nursing team. Maintain accurate documentation and support a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to support each resident's care goals and recovery. Qualifications Current, active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required. Previous skilled nursing or healthcare experience is welcome but not required. New graduates are encouraged to apply—we provide training and mentorship. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
