In this vital role, you’ll help ensure that our residents receive the best care possible by maintaining effective and efficient staffing schedules for our nursing department.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate and maintain daily and monthly nursing schedules to ensure proper coverage
- Track attendance, tardiness, and scheduling changes, keeping leadership informed
- Communicate with staff regarding shift availability, time-off requests, and schedule updates
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new nursing staff
- Maintain accurate employee records, certifications, and license verifications
- Collaborate with department leaders to anticipate and meet staffing needs
- Support a positive, team-oriented environment focused on resident care and staff success
