Position Overview
As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and takes ownership of keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and coordinate inspection and service appointments
- Prepare and send service quotes and follow up as needed
- Maintain clear communication between clients, technicians, and internal management
- Track inspection reports and service documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Maintain organized and up-to-date customer records
- Identify and resolve issues proactively
- Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Clear and professional communication skills (phone, email, and in person)
