Pay: $14 - 16 per hour plus tip share

Paco's Tacos & Tequila, one of Charlotte's best Tex-Mex restaurants, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Host / Hostess to join our team. As the hospitality ambassador, you will play a crucial role in delivering warm and welcoming experiences to our guests. You will manage reservations, greet and seat guests, and ensure their overall satisfaction.

Host / Hostess Responsibilities Include:
- Happily welcome and greet guests upon arrival
- Make all our guests feel comfortable and let them know you're there to personally take care of them
- Make reservations for our guests and manage waitlist technology
- Know regulars by name and their preferences
- Reset tables to our standards before showing guests to their table
- Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
