Position Summary
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Workday Administrator Lead to oversee the administration and evolution of our Workday platform. This role will lead a team of Workday administrators, serve as the primary liaison between HR and business leaders, and drive the strategic roadmap for Workday implementation and optimization. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong communication and leadership skills to ensure Workday supports organizational goals and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Oversight
- Supervise and mentor a team of Workday administrators, ensuring high performance and professional development.
- Oversee daily operations, system maintenance, and configuration activities across Workday modules.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and compliance in Workday processes and data management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for HR business leaders regarding Workday strategy, enhancements, and priorities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute a strategic roadmap for Workday functionality and adoption.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to align Workday capabilities with organizational goals and HR strategies.
- Manage the rollout of new Workday features, modules, and updates.
- Conduct system testing, validation, and documentation for new configurations and releases.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and increased efficiency.
- Design and deliver organization-wide training programs on new Workday features and processes.
- Develop user-friendly documentation and resources to support adoption and self-service.
- Communicate system changes and updates clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Provide advanced support for HRIS-related inquiries and escalations.
- Generate and analyze reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Help with the implementation and reporting of security protocols and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPPA)
- Bachelor's degree in human resources information systems (HRIS), Information Technology, or a related field preferred (not required).
- 2 years of leadership experience preferred
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects.
- Strong working knowledge of international data privacy laws and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in training and stakeholder engagement.
- An understanding of Workday modules, reporting, and business processes is a plus
- Workday certifications or specialized training.
- Experience in strategic planning and HR technology transformation.
- Familiarity with data privacy, compliance, and governance standards.
