- Collaborate closely with the Commercial Partner Organization to execute product development strategy, from technical evaluation & assessment to product launch & ongoing support.
- Drive deliverables across engineering, quality, documentation, training, service, support, procurement, sales, and partner organizations to adapt and integrate third-party machines into the Packsize portfolio.
- Provide regular project updates, milestone tracking, and readiness reporting to leadership.
- Gather and prioritize feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
- Identify and implement process improvements for onboarding and managing partner technologies at scale.
- Monitor product performance and support issue resolution in partnership with technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical, or related field required.
- 5 years experience in product management, technical product ownership, or related fields
- Strong technical aptitude and experience working with machinery, warehouse automation systems, or similar industrial equipment.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills; able to work effectively with partners and internal teams.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with product commercialization and go-to-market processes.
- Some travel required (up to 25%) including potential international partner visits.
