Manufacturing Operator – Battery Production

Packet Digital is opening a new lithiumion battery manufacturing facility in Fargo, ND and is hiring Manufacturing Operators to support production of highperformance battery cells.
In this role, you'll operate and monitor automated equipment used in battery cell manufacturing, including mixing, coating, electrode cutting, stacking/winding, welding, electrolyte filling, formation, and final inspection. You'll follow standard operating procedures, perform inprocess quality checks, and work in cleanroom or dryroom environments with PPE.
This position is ideal for dependable, detailoriented individuals who enjoy handson manufacturing and being part of launching a new production facility.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Comfortable working in controlled environments
