Description
We are looking to add a new team member to our Value Add Department located at our Green Bay Distribution Center.
This role is responsible for order fulfillment and assemblies. Given the nature of our product, we are looking for a candidate who has the ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50lbs and who is able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, prioritizes accuracy and productivity, and enjoys the work hard/play hard atmosphere.
This position is entry level and we will teach you how to do this role to ensure you are successful.
This is an hourly full time position with a set schedule of Monday-Friday 8am-4pm, no weekends or holidays.

Qualifications
- Must have the ability to quickly learn specific software to successfully fulfill order fulfillment expectations –NetSuite hardware/software.
- Must make safety a priority.
- Must be a highly detailed individual with a focus on accuracy.
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be a well-organized team player who can relate to employees at all levels of an organization.
- Must be able to routinely handle and lift object(s) up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to participate in frequent reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting
- Must have basic math skills – addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
