Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively follow up with customers on past-due invoices in a professional and courteous manner.
- Coordinate sending past due invoices to a 3rd party collections agency.
- Communicate payment reminders via phone, email, and mail while maintaining customer relationships.
- Effectively communicate our products and services to customers.
- Address general water quality concerns and inquiries.
- Efficiently schedule deliveries and service appointments.
