The Employee Benefits Division of our agency is hiring an experienced Account Manager/Client Experience Manager to join our team and hit the ground running! Candidates must have a current Health & Life license and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in employee benefits or group benefits insurance.

- We provide ongoing service and support to HR Managers and business owners so they can deliver benefits programs their employees appreciate.
- We help HR Managers with enrollments, terminations, and more.
- We help employees with claims advocacy, helping them to ensure that claims were correctly processed and they are not overcharged.
- We streamline with our in-house Retirement Plan Division to reduce meetings and save time for decision makers.
- We keep up to date on product offerings and can be creative in our recommendations for benefits.
Client Experience Managers play a pivotal role.
As a Client Experience Manager you will serve as the single point of contact (day to day) for specific clients assigned. This includes:
- Building meaningful relationships based on trust, respect, and care
- Building your knowledge of Industry Products and Services
- Anticipating needs of clients and creating a positive client experience
- Working as a team to coordinate services from other departments
- Maintain relationships by phone, email, and in person meetings (minimal travel)
- Managing annual service cycle and renewals
- Educating employees on their benefits in virtual and in-person group meetings
- Communicating processes, deadlines, and expectations to clients
- Maintaining detailed notes and records
Experience:
- 3-5 years minimum in Employee Benefits or Group Insurance experience
- Active Health & Life Insurance License.
- Associates Degree or higher preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite & Adobe (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe PDF, and OneDrive)
- Familiarity with CRM/Customer databases and electronic recordkeeping – We use a Salesforce based platform, familiarity with that platform is a plus
- Excellent telephone and interpersonal relationship skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Compensation -
We offer compensation based on experience in the industry. Starting salary range is posted in this listing. This is a salary based role, with opportunities to earn quarterly bonuses and overtime pay during more impacted service times.
