We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, drive growth, and ensure operational excellence. Responsibilities
- · As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible to ensure the safety of your team as well as oversee the day-to-day operations of your local branch including but not limited to Customer Service, Receiving, Shipping, Warehousing, building maintenance, Inventory Counting and Control, etc.
- · Implement safety protocols following State and Federal regulations.
- · Maintain constant communication with Senior Management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the company.
- · Collaborate in the development, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance protocols.
- · Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity.
- · Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget.
- · Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed.
- · Train employees on their duties and inventory system as appropriate.
- · Managing all logistical aspects of the operation.
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- · Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- · Three to five years management experience in a similar role preferred.
- · Strong interpersonal & written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate to Senior Management, vendors, customers, etc.
- · Results oriented, attention to detail.
- · Exceptional problem solving/decision making and analytical skills.
- · Excellent ability to be organized and to jump from priority to priority.
- · Demonstrates the ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment.
- · Computer knowledge and skills to utilize MS Office as an effective management tool.
Physical Requirements:
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and to lift, push or pull and handle (10-50 pounds) as necessary to operation.
- · Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
