Qualifications
- Strong field service capabilities, including on-site installation, commissioning, and support of industrial or packaging equipment.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnostic work for mechanical, electrical, or control systems in a production environment.
- Experience providing technical support, both in person and remotely, with clear documentation and follow-up.
- Skill in performing preventive maintenance activities, including inspections, adjustments, and part replacements to minimize downtime.
- Demonstrated customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and build positive working relationships.
- Relevant technical education such as an associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, electronics, mechatronics, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
