Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and dependable Sprinter/Transit Van Owners to join our dynamic delivery team! The route is within a 30-mile radius of the warehouse with 80-100 miles of driving daily.
Duties
- Safely operate your Sprinter or Transit van to deliver packages and goods along designated routes with precision and professionalism
- Load and unload items efficiently using manual lifting techniques, pallet jacks, or forklifts as needed
- Ensure accurate route driving by following planned delivery schedules and addressing any route changes promptly
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting courteously with clients during deliveries and pickups
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections to maintain safety standards and report any maintenance issues promptly
- Maintain detailed logs of deliveries, pickups, and route activities for accountability and reporting purposes
Requirements
- Ownership of a reliable Sprinter or Transit van (no personal vehicles required) that meets company specifications for size and condition
- Proven experience in commercial driving, courier services, or delivery driving with a focus on route driving
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Ability to perform heavy lifting, moving items safely, and handling warehouse equipment like pallet jacks or forklifts if certified
- Prior experience with box trucks or similar commercial vehicles is advantageous
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
