About Us Packageman is a growing ecommerce 3PL based in Fairfield, NJ. We ship orders for online brands. Our outbound team is the engine that makes that happen every single day.
The Role We're hiring a Warehouse Associate to join our outbound team. The job is straightforward: pick orders, pack them right, and keep the pace up. If you show up on time, work hard, and take pride in doing things correctly, you'll do well here.
What You'll Do
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Keep your station clean and organized
- Follow instructions and standard procedures
- Help maintain the pace the team needs to hit daily targets
