Job Summary
We are looking to hire a crew member who can be trained or someone who is trained to be a stand alone fence installer/crew leader.. As a leader on our team, you will coordinate installation efforts, mentor crew members, and ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
Duties
- Lead and supervise fence installation crews, ensuring workflow and following project timelines.
- Operate a variety of hand tools and power tools, safely and effectively.
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install different types of fencing materials including wood, vinyl, chain-link, and ornamental fences.
- Manage site preparation tasks.
- Communicate clearly with clients, suppliers, and team members to coordinate project requirements and resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction with a focus on fencing installation or related fields such as carpentry.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques.
- Ability to read drawings accurately and interpret project plans correctly. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a team of installers.
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, prolonged standing, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
