What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Packaging Electro-mechanical Technician position at Pack'n Fresh?

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Tech to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Based on Production needs, set up packaging lines for Machine Operators and Line workers to start on time. These machines include VFFS, HFFS, Flow Wraps, Rotary Pre-made and FFS Standup pouch machines, stick-pack machines, labelers, conveyors, augers, multi-head weighers, printers, etc.
- Repair breakdowns to reduce idle time.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance.
- Maintain spare parts inventory.
- Install new machines in the plant.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in setup and maintenance of food packaging production lines in food manufacturing enviroment
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- PLC troubleshooting
- Experience working with electricity up to and including 480 V
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Bilingual English and Spanish a bonus but not required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
