We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Indianapolis, IN team who has experience in instrumentation, process equipment, and procurement to lead complex ISP projects from concept through delivery.
What You Will Do
- Lead full project lifecycle execution (scope, schedule, budget, quality)
- Manage instrumentation and process equipment packages
- Drive procurement strategy, vendor selection, and technical evaluations
- Collaborate with engineering teams, clients, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
- Identify risks and drive project performance improvements
What You Bring
- 9 years of project management experience in industrial or regulated environments
- Expertise in instrumentation, engineered systems, or process equipment
- Strong knowledge of procurement, vendor management, and technical specifications
- Experience in life sciences, pharma, or biotech preferred
- PMP certification is a plus
