PacificPro Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine is looking for a part-time physical therapy aide to join our team at our Laguna Hills location. This is an ideal position for someone who is interested in the physical therapy field and looking for outpatient physical therapy experience. We desire a team member who is motivated, highly organized, reliable, flexible, able to multi-task and has excellent interpersonal skills. Preferred qualifications:
- A background in the medical field or fitness industry.
- Experience or coursework in the following areas: exercise physiology, anatomy, physiology and/or kinesiology.
- Prior aide experience is preferred but not required.
- Technically sound with computers
- Self-motivated, organized
Job Duties/Description:
- Work directly with Physical Therapists on all clients/patients
- Guide patients/clients through exercise and training progressions
- Administer appropriate modalities as directed by the physical therapist
- Maintain an efficient, safe and clean work environment, laundry, general cleaning
- Answer phones, schedule patients, organize and maintain exercise cards
