Role Description The Production Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Salt Lake City, UT. This role supports daily production operations, including setting up and operating machinery used in Flexo-related graphic reproduction. The Production Associate assists on production lines, follows detailed work instructions, and helps ensure orders are completed accurately and on schedule. Responsibilities include monitoring equipment, performing basic adjustments, conducting visual quality checks, and reporting any issues to supervisors. The role also involves maintaining a clean and safe work area, following safety procedures, and collaborating with team members to meet production goals and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in production environments, including Production Assistance and working on Production Lines.
- Ability to operate or learn Machine Operation for manufacturing or print-related equipment.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on Quality Control and consistent output standards.
- Easily Adaptable, with the ability to learn new processes, tools, and workflows quickly.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hands-on, repetitive tasks.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed, in line with safety guidelines.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in printing, packaging, or manufacturing is a plus.
