POSITION TYPE: Full-Time, Hourly
LOCATION: Auburn, WA
SCHEDULE: M-F

Responsibilities:
- Assisting Production Managers with a variety of tasks
- Scheduling and dispatching crews
- Creating purchase orders
- Reviewing timesheets
- Review job files
- Filing and uploading documents
- Assisting Safety team with a variety of tasks
- Assisting in Warehouse
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Monitoring inventory
- Maintaining warehouse equipment
- Abides by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies and ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent years of experience in the construction field
- Ability to read blue prints, write correspondence and routine reports, speak effectively with various groups of people.
- OSHA 30 certificate desirable
- Experience in the Commercial Construction field strongly desired
- Ability to operate a variety of office equipment and computer programs
- Valid CA Driver’s License
- Regular attendance is required
- Basic computer skills using IPads, Laptops, and MS Office Suite
