Position: Retail Sales Associate, Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Location: Ma’alaea, Maui
Pay: Starting at $17.00/hr commission

Role Overview:
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist with sales, and handle transactions. You will be a key part of our retail team, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding service to customers
- Drive sales and achieve sales goals
- Manage transactions and handle purchases
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum of six months of retail experience
- Reliable, confident, and outgoing personality
- Ability to work well with others and adapt to a flexible schedule
- Capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 35lbs
- Must currently reside on Maui
