As a Customer Care Representative, you will ensure exceptional customer service for our guests while promoting company tours and activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and manage reservation for guests
- Actively promote and sell cruises to meet sales goals
- Oversee customer check-ins and serve as "Welcome Ambassadors" including walking guests to vessels
- Other Duties as Assigned
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service or in a similar capacity
- Working knowledge of reservation systems, Fareharbor platform preferred and ability to operate phone system
- Reliable and dependable personality
- Ability to work well independently, multi-task, and adapt to a flexible schedule, including early or late shifts
- Knowledge of basic accounting skills
- Capable of standing or sitting for long periods and lifting up to 50lbs
