We have an immediate opening for a Bilingual Office Admin Assistant to join our team of professionals. This detail-oriented and organized individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our office. This position involves a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including managing office supplies, and providing general support to our staff. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish. This is an in-office position at our location in San Marcos, CA.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Support the HR department with onboarding and other administrative tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION PREFERENCES:
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
- Sage 100 for Contractors a bonus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Professional manners and a strong ethical code.
- Ability to stay self motivated and positive while working both independently and part of a team.
- Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
