What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leasing Consultant position at Pacific Western Corp?

We are looking for a magnetic and energetic leasing professional to join our team. No experience necessary, we'll train! If you love working with people and getting to know new people every day this could be the job for you. Receive a bonus for every lease signed.

Job Duties:

  • Tour the amenities, grounds and available apartments for prospective residents
  • Following up with leads
  • Assisting the manager with move-ins and move outs
  • Assisting the manager with paperwork and posting notices
