What You’ll Do

Take Ownership of the Sales Process – Manage leads, nurture relationships, and close deals.

Engage Customers & Build Relationships – Communicate via phone, email, in-person meetings, and onsite visits to provide exceptional service and solutions.

Meet & Greet Customers – Serve as the face of Pacific Vial, engaging with clients in-person to strengthen relationships and drive sales.

Attend Trade Shows & Industry Events – Represent the company, generate leads, expand industry connections, and stay updated on market trends.

Expand Market Reach – Identify new sales opportunities, grow existing accounts, and develop strong distributor relationships.

Drive Revenue Growth – Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a customer-first approach.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work with Purchasing, R&D, Engineers, and Technicians to align customer needs with production capabilities.

Utilize Modern Sales Tools – Leverage Pipedrive CRM & Microsoft Dynamics NAV to track sales activities and opportunities.

Solve Problems & Innovate – Identify customer challenges, offer solutions, and drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

✔ 2-3 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in manufacturing, industrial sales, or distribution).

✔ A Hustler’s Mentality – You’re self-driven, competitive, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.

✔ Exceptional Communication & Negotiation Skills – You can sell, build trust, and close deals effectively.

✔ Customer-Centric Approach – A deep commitment to building long-term partnerships and ensuring satisfaction.

✔ Tech-Savvy Mindset – Experience with CRM platforms (Pipedrive preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).

✔ Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus!
