In this role, you'll not only perform day-to-day veterinary technician duties but also serve as a leader and educator for our Veterinary Technician and Veterinary Assistant team. You'll help delegate tasks to support efficient workflow, ensure adherence to safety and medical protocols, and actively coach team members to build confidence and competence. This is a flexible position, featuring 9-hour shifts and a rotating weekend schedule.

- Compensation: $28 - $30/hour, based on experience and skillset

- Current Veterinary Technician License in the state of Oregon
- 3 of veterinary experience in a clinical setting
- 1 years of leadership experience
- Experience with developing SOP and training

- Proficiency in the following skills:
- Anesthesia intubation/induction
- Anesthesia monitoring
- Surgery assisting
- Dental prophy
- IVC placement
