Duties
- Conduct thorough review of Credit Analysts credit analysis by evaluating financial statements, cash flow reports, and risk factors to determine creditworthiness of clients.
- Develop and refine underwriting policies to align with industry standards and organizational risk appetite.
- Oversee data collection processes related to borrower information, market trends, and financial metrics for accurate forecasting and decision-making.
- Review and analyze comprehensive financial reports that include risk assessments, portfolio performance metrics, and compliance documentation.
- Monitor loan processing activities from application through approval, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on servicing, and loan origination procedures to streamline operations.
- Mentor and oversee a group of Credit Analysts with varying skill sets and experience.
Experience
- Proven experience in credit analysis, underwriting, or portfolio management within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts such as cash flow analysis and loan structuring.
- Demonstrated expertise in risk analysis relevant to credit operations.
- Ability to interpret complex financial data accurately.
- Proficiency in financial software applications used for data collection, analysis, and reporting purposes.
- Prior experience as a Credit Administrator or Deputy Chief Credit Officer.

Pay: $175,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
