What We Do

- Providing academic help and mentoring.
- Partnering with families to strengthen engagement and support.
- Collaborating with schools to improve student success.
- Helping students prepare for college and career opportunities.
- Help with classroom and family engagement activities, such as events, workshops, or enrichment programs.
- Gather and organize community resources, and create easy-to-use materials like documents, presentations, or media.
- Support staff in making learning materials and communications that help students succeed.
- Assist with planning programs or projects that match your skills, interests, and schedule.
- Track and document participation and feedback to help improve programs.
- Share ideas and creative solutions to make student and family engagement even better.
- Take on other supportive tasks as needed - your responsibilities will be tailored to your interests, strengths, and availability.
- Work with students in and outside the classroom to support academic growth.
- Assist with family engagement and activities.
- Help plan and deliver lessons or activities.

Qualifications
Required
- Interest in education, youth development, or community engagement.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions from supervising teachers.
- Comfortable using computers and digital tools to create documents, presentations, or simple media.
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Creative, flexible, and willing to learn new skills.
- Enjoy working with children, families, and school staff.
- Motivated, reliable, and able to take initiative.
- Availability to work hours that may vary based on student schedules and program needs.
Salary : $16
