The Foreman serves as the lead field authority and direct supervisor of assigned crews, overseeing daily site operations and overall team performance. With extensive industry knowledge and hands-on technical expertise, this role requires the ability to evaluate challenges quickly and implement effective, timely solutions in a fast-paced environment. The Foreman ensures all installations and site activities are completed in full compliance with company standards and client requirements, maintaining strict adherence to safety regulations, quality expectations, and operational efficiency.

Location: Pacific Northwest (Oregon & Washington)

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and supervise field crews on wireless/telecom infrastructure projects, overseeing all on-site construction activities from installation through completion.

· Promote and model the company’s safety culture by strictly enforcing OSHA standards, site-specific safety policies, and customer security requirements, always ensuring full team compliance.

· Manage crew productivity, daily milestones, and site logistics to ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope and budget.

· Oversee the installation, integration, and maintenance of telecom equipment while ensuring all work meets company and client quality standards.

· Utilize technical drawings and specifications to guide field execution and troubleshoot issues.

· Mentor, train, and support technicians and installers, fostering accountability, high performance, and professional growth.

· Maintain clear and consistent communication with project managers, clients, internal teams, and other trades to ensure coordination and efficient workflow.

· Proactively manage job site organization, material control, and housekeeping to maintain a safe and productive environment.

· Demonstrate strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to follow instructions while making sound field-based recommendations.

· Perform additional duties as required to support successful project delivery.

Qualifications

· 4 years of telecom construction experience preferred; proven field experience may substitute for tenure.

· Prior experience as a Foreman or Field Supervisor required.

· Strong knowledge of tower builds, antenna/radio installations, and site integration.

· OSHA 30 and TT1 certifications required.

· TT2 and/or NWSA Foreman certification preferred.

· All industry-required safety and climbing certifications must be current and in good standing.

· Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.

· Excellent leadership and communication skills.

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

· Travel is required for this position.

· Schedule flexibility required to meet project timelines and operational demands.

· Must be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds.

· Must be able to climb ladders and perform required job duties while working at height.

· Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, and stand for extended periods.

· Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and job site environments.

· Compensation Range: $40 - $50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

· Per diem provided in accordance with project requirements.

Rotational schedules may be available for candidates residing outside the local market. Travel home allowances may be provided during designated rotation periods, subject to company policy.
