Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Termite Treatment Applicator and Carpenter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will perform precise termite treatments, handle pest control chemicals safely, and/ or carry out carpentry repairs related to wood-destroying organisms. Your expertise will help protect properties from pests while providing excellent customer service and maintaining safety standards.
Duties
- Apply termite treatment chemicals accurately following pesticide management and integrated pest management protocols
- Operate ladders, power tools, hand tools, and machinery safely for treatment applications and carpentry repairs
- Conduct inspections to identify pest activity, wood damage, or structural issues requiring repair
- Perform carpentry work such as replacing damaged wood or reinforcing structures with precision and craftsmanship
- Follow safety procedures including confined space entry safety protocols and respiratory protection measures during chemical handling
- Maintain detailed records of chemical applications, repairs performed, and safety compliance
- Operate company vehicles responsibly for job site travel and ensure all work sites are left clean and safe
Experience
- Proven outdoor work experience in pest control.
- Familiarity with pesticide application knowledge, pest control chemical handling, and entomology principles
- Hands-on experience with ladder use, power tools, hand tools, and safety protocol adherence
- Knowledge of safety procedures such as ladder safety procedures, confined space entry safety procedures, and respiratory protection practices
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients about treatments and repairs
- Previous experience in pest control chemical handling or pesticide management is highly desirable
