A leading aerospace manufacturing organization is seeking an IT SOX Compliance Senior Manager to lead and enhance IT General Controls (ITGC) supporting SOX compliance across a complex, global environment.
This is a High Profile Position dealing with Sr Executive Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design, implementation, and monitoring of IT SOX / ITGC controls
- Partner with IT, finance, and audit teams to ensure compliance
- Drive control improvements, testing, and remediation efforts
- Support audits and ensure timely resolution of findings
- Align IT controls with business processes and system changes
Qualifications:
- 5 years experience in IT SOX / ITGC (Big 4 or industry)
- Current or prior Manager-level experience
- Strong knowledge of access controls, change management, IT operations
- Experience in Manufacturing Industry required
- Experience Working Big 4 Accounting
- Certifications a plus (CISA, CPA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC)
- Willingness to travel (~20%)
