We are seeking an experienced innovation leader to drive global product development initiatives across coatings, composite repair, adhesives, sealants, and protective technologies for a leading manufacturing organization.

Salary 140k-170k Relocation Available

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and integrate global technical teams into one high-performing innovation organization

• Drive product development strategy and technology portfolio priorities

• Oversee major innovation programs in coatings, corrosion protection, thermal/structural solutions, and composites

• Lead and mentor a team of ~35 technical professionals across multiple regions

• Build strong partnerships with customers, suppliers, and research institutions

• Foster a collaborative, data-driven, high-trust culture

Ideal Background:

• Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field

• 10 years in adhesives, coatings, sealants, composites, or protective technologies

• Strong product development / engineering leadership experience

• Proven success leading large teams and organizational transformations

• Commercial mindset with strong customer focus
