Our thorough training program will ensure that you have a rock solid understanding of our salon protocol, equipment, sanitation and sales procedures before you are expected to work on your own.
Once your training is complete you will be eligible to earn commissions. You will also receive regular evaluations with the opportunity for pay raises. We are incredibly proud of the high standards we set here and would love to invite you to be a part of our amazing, growing team.
QUALIFIED APPLICANTS WILL
- have a friendly disposition
- describe themselves as a "people person"
- have a good memory
- must be able to stand for long periods of time
- have at least 3 days of open availability with a minimum of 20 hours per week desired
- have dependable transportation
- be at least 18 years old
- have some experience in a customer service or retail sales environment
- cosmetology and beauty industry experience is a bonus!
