As we expand our U.S. footprint, we are looking for an entrepreneurial Surgical Sales Representative to join us at a pivotal moment. This isn't just a Territory Manager sales job - it's a high-impact hybrid role where you will own the Chicago market while simultaneously shaping our national business development strategy and distributor growth.

The Role
1) Territory Excellence (Core Focus)
- Own the Market: Manage and grow sales across Illinois and Northern Indiana, focusing on the Chicagoland area.
- Full Portfolio Access: Sell and support a premier suite including Mastel (Ophthalmology, Sterile Processing and Endoscopy) and BFW (Advanced Headlights and Imaging).
- Clinical Partnership: Build relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and administrators in Hospitals
- Support: Provide expert in-service training and hands-on product support.
2) National Business Development
- Brand Ambassador: Represent Mastel and BFW at major surgical congresses and industry events.
- Distributor Support: Serve as a subject matter expert, supporting the broader U.S. team through training and troubleshooting.
- Strategic Growth: Participate in trade shows, evaluate new product opportunities, and assist in identifying potential partnerships or acquisitions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2 years of surgical/medical device sales with a proven track record.
- Local Roots: Established customer relationships in the Chicago area are highly preferred.
- Mindset: An entrepreneurial "builder" spirit. You are comfortable working independently and navigating a growth-stage environment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; ability to influence both clinicians and executives.
- Logistics: Must have a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
