Duties
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
- Perform repairs including welding, electrical work, and residential painting as needed
- Supervise or assist with projects involving facilities maintenance, manufacturing equipment, or residential properties
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and adhere to safety protocols
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in facilities maintenance and manufacturing environments
- Leadership skills with previous supervising experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills when interacting with internal teams or external client
- Ability to communicate effectively in English or Spanish
