What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Coordinator position at Pacific Standard Environmental?
Seeking an Operations Coordinator for parts purchasing, inventory and warehouse management.
PLEASE READ: This position is a "hands-on" role that includes desk work AND warehouse activities. This role requires good computer skills, the ability to move heavy equipment, breakdown boxes, organize the warehouse and move around a lot. You may need to pickup parts, so a reliable car and valid driver's license is required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
Purchasing & Order Management
- Process purchase orders and new orders from start to finish
- Assist with billing coordination and documentation
- Communicate with vendors regarding order status, pricing, lead times, and availability
- Source OEM parts and maintain vendor relationships
- Update vendor pricing, costs, minimum orders, discounts, and rate sheets
Inventory & Shipping Coordination
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate restocking needs
- Receive, count, inspect, and organize incoming shipments
- Prepare and ship outgoing orders
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Reconcile UPS shipping costs and resolve discrepancies
QUALIFICATIONS
- Good computer skills - Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- 3 years of experience in operations, purchasing, inventory, or a related role
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar ERP/accounting systems preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

- Hourly Pay Rate: $25 or more (depending on experience)
