About the position:
The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing manager in executing marketing initiatives that help generate leads and increase inquiries for our promotional products business. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of marketing strategies to help generate leads and customer inquiries.
- Support the creation and coordination of marketing campaigns across various platforms, including email, social media, and the company website.
- Assist with creating and scheduling content for social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Help research market trends and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure marketing efforts align with company goals.
- Track and assist in reporting on marketing campaign performance.
- Help create and update marketing content for the website, social media, trade shows, and email campaigns.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Degree or coursework in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred but not necessary.
- Familiarity with TikTok and other social media platforms is a plus.
- Basic experience with Photoshop or other graphic design tools is a plus.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with SAGE Supplier or ASI Central / ESP platforms is a plus but not required.
