Pacific Shore Stones is a leading importer of natural stone, quartz and premium surfaces. Established in 2004, the company offers a wide selection of granite, marble, quartz, travertine, onyx, limestone, quartzite, soapstone and sintered surface slabs. The company owners regularly visit quarries in places such as Brazil, Italy, Spain, India and Turkey, enabling them to keep up with the newest trends and to hand-select unique stones.
With eighteen distribution locations across the nation, Pacific Shore Stones continually stocks a large selection of colors to help inspire and meet the design goals of consumers, contractors, architects and designers.
Hours would be Tuesday - Friday 8-5 and Saturday 9-1
Job Description:
- Assists homeowners that walk in or call in with their stone needs.
- Train and understand Pacific Shore Stones operating system
- Capable of handling holds and managing in a timely manner
- Creates and handles sales/invoices on a daily basis
- Updates their CRM to easily keep track of customers as requested by supervisor
- Calls on current and prospective customers including Designers, Developers, General Contractors, Fabricators, and Builders
- Establish a relationship with the top 25 commercial, multi residential, and fabrication firms as requested by supervisor
- Attend industry functions for networking as requested by supervisor
- Develop in-depth knowledge about our different lines of surfaces.
- Works to achieve established quarterly or annual objectives set by upper management.
- Other duties assigned by manager and assistant manager
- Able to follow Pacific Shore Stones Safety culture
- Must be able to work some Saturdays
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years in sales
- Strong team player and self-starter
- Superior organization and follow up skills
- Excellent sales skills and high level of independent motivation
- Proven track record of being customer focused and able to build quality relationships
- Experience in the home and building industry desired
- Stone experience a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
